There’s a post on this website titled John Doe which began as a quick prompt in one of my classes. We had a silent guest in class (on Zoom) and we had maybe ten minutes to write down whatever we noticed about the guy.
That led to the aforementioned post and the post kinda tumbled around in the old noggin for a day or so until, driving home today, I was struck with an idea for a book that was so exciting that I spent 40 minutes of the drive dictating the idea and plot line to my phone.
So…now I’m editing and revising one complete manuscript, 75% done with the first draft of a 2nd manuscript…and wrote the first chapter of a 3rd manuscript…
Good to be writing again.
